About the SG Arrival Card
The SG Arrival Card is an electronic landing card for travelers who wish to enter Singapore that aims to replace the paper-based Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (D/E Card), protecting the environment by going paperless.
The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card can be obtained by completing a simple online application form. Applicants must provide their personal and travel details, and passport data.
SG Arrival Card Entry Specifications and Validity
An Electronic Arrival Card is valid for a single entry to the country starting from the intended date of arrival stated in your application.
Citizens from certain countries are required to have an SG Arrival Card and also an approved Singapore visa in order to enter the country. These documents can be obtained separately.
Travelers from the following countries need to obtain both an SG Arrival Card and an approved Singapore visa:
- An evisa: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Yemen
- A consular visa: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, People’s Republic of China, Georgia, India, Kyrgyzstan, People’s Republic of Korea, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Malaysia, Russia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

Passport guidelines for the SG Arrival Card
Applicants must have a current passport, which must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival in Singapore. The passport should have at least one blank page for border crossing stamps.
List of countries eligible to apply for an SG Arrival Card
Citizens and nationals from the visa-exempt countries and visa-required countries listed below are eligible to apply online for an Electronic Arrival Card. Including China, Indonesia, India, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Authorized Singapore Entry Points
The SG Arrival Card is valid for a single entry in Singapore through these designated entry points:
- Singapore Changi Airport - SIN
- Woodlands checkpoint
- Tuas checkpoint
- Singapore Cruise Centre
- Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
- Changi Point Ferry Terminal
- Changi Ferry Terminal
However, vaccinated Singapore residents and Long-Term Pass holders may not need to provide a SG Arrival Card if they are entering through the Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints.
Documentation requirements for the SG Arrival Card
Applicants are required to provide personal and passport details and travel information.
This information can be submitted at a later time if the applicant does not have it at the moment of application. By accessing the link in their confirmation email, the applicant will be able to return to their profile and complete any missing information required.
The following information may be required to complete the application for the Singapore Arrival Card:
- A current passport with more than six (6) months validity from the date of arrival. The passport should have at least one (1) blank page for border crossing stamps
- Accommodation information, such as name and address of hotel or hostel, etc.
- Transportation information such as flight details, intended date of arrival, etc.
Requirements to enter Singapore
Upon arrival in Singapore, Electronic Arrival Card holders can save time by having the following requirements on hand to present to Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) agents:
- The passport used for the online application form with at least six (6) months validity
- Citizens from visa-required countries will need to carry an approved Singapore visa
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during the stay in Singapore
- Confirmed return ticket, if applicable
- Nationals, residents, or foreign citizens that have entered any of the following countries a maximum of six (6) days prior to their arrival in Singapore must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate at the port of entry to Singapore to comply with International Health Regulations: Angola, Argentina, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Colombia, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, and Venezuela

Once the citizen has submitted the online application, all Singapore Arrival Card notifications and updates will be sent to the email address the applicant provided in their form.
The processing time of an Electronic Arrival Card is within 1 day. In some cases, the process may take longer up to 2 days.

Online Application for the SG Arrival Card
To apply online for an SG Arrival Card, applicants must have a valid passport, current email address, and a credit or debit card.
All of the information provided on the SG Arrival Card application form, such as first and last names, place and date of birth, address, sex, passport number, and nationality, must be introduced exactly as they are written on the applicant’s passport.
